1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the SOSalone platform (the "Platform") or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must stop using the Platform.
2. Description of the Service
SOSalone is a cloud-based (SaaS) platform from the Sultanate of Oman for managing salons and beauty centers, including appointments, point of sale, invoicing, staff, clients, marketing campaigns and a public website for each salon, offered under paid or free subscription plans as published on the pricing page.
3. Account and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription fees are paid in advance according to the selected plan and the published currency (Omani Rial unless stated otherwise). Free plans may include feature or usage limits. Paid fees are non-refundable except as stated in the published refund policy. We may change prices in the future with prior notice; changes will not apply to an already-paid active subscription period.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Platform for: any activity violating the laws of the Sultanate of Oman or your country, sending spam or marketing messages without recipients' consent, attempting to breach or harm the Platform or its users, uploading unlawful content or content infringing others' rights, or reselling the service without written permission.
6. Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into the Platform and grant us a limited license to process and store it as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your customers' data and for obtaining their necessary consents.
7. Service Level and Changes
We strive to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We may develop, modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when a change is material.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform and all its components (software, design, logo, trademark) are our property and protected under intellectual property laws. Using the Platform grants you no rights in this property other than a limited right of use during your subscription.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or profits arising from use or inability to use the Platform, and our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may end your subscription at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us; the account remains active until the end of the paid period. We may terminate or suspend accounts that breach these terms, with a reasonable opportunity to export your data where possible.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably, otherwise referred to the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman.
